Spec wise the big one for me is the fibre glass frame, it is the lightest strongest frame, and most importantly rigid frame we have ever produced ( umbrella wise).

It comes with two zip on/off front options full mosquito mesh and a waterproof front with see through windows, heavy duty groundsheet, pegs and all sticks are included.

The two fronts, the heavy duty groundsheet sticks and all, up the total weight. However the umbrella on its own is amazing, as light a feather!!

It is always the way that when you drop a product, everyone wants it. Never has there been a better example of that than with our Groundhog and Hog umbrellas.

Despite Kevin Nash and other top anglers such as Sean Harrison and Lee Jackson saying the Groundhog is the best brolly/bivvy concept they have ever used, sales originally never reached expectation.

Since dropping the designs, we have had an increasing number of anglers asking us to bring it back.

These new Hogs are a vast upgrade from the original, as new innovative materials and manufacturing techniques have improved them greatly. For example :

New and improved fibre glass frame systems which dramatically increase the strength and rigidity yet reduce the overall weight of the brolly.

Both Groundhog and Hog enjoy our twin front systems championed in the Titans, of separate, zippable, on-off front and mosquito mesh front options.
